How do I wash a faux fur coat from Hollister?

Okay, so I washed it then dried it a little the 1st time and it was completely fine and perfect. I just washed it and dried it a little for a second time and the fur is starting to get matted. Is it because when I put it in the dryer I used dryer sheets? Or is it just because I dried it?
& mostly, do you think if I re-wash it and DON'T dry it it'll turn out good again like originally?

PLEASE I COULD USE ANY ANSWERS/ADVICE POSSIBLE!
